Metalworking
We specialise in producing individual parts and semi-finished products for high-quality machinery and appliances. We are by your side throughout the process, with specific products, operations or services. One of our specialities is machining, involving metal, non-ferrous metals and plastics. Operations such as CNC milling, CNC turning and certified welding also form part of our skill set. Other options include laser engraving, vibratory finishing, helium leak testing and blasting.
We work by appointment, have fast communication channels and we are committed to high quality, reliability and flexibility.

MODERN MACHINERY & ROBOTISATION
Every day since Vullings was established in 1965 we have asked ourselves: “How can things be done better, more easily or more efficiently?” Our machinery is extremely important to us in this regard, which is why we have worked for several years with very advanced and up-to-date machinery that features the latest technologies in tooling and CAM programs.
In early 2000, we made a start with automation and, later on, also the robotisation of our milling and turning machines. Since then six robots have been fully integrated into our team; they are considered to be tireless workers and very valued colleagues.
The robots take on the time-consuming and less challenging work during the evenings and at nighttime, allowing our employees to focus on the most enjoyable and challenging aspects of our work during the day. Together, we are the pioneering Vullings family.
